**Job Description:**
* Active and responsive prospecting of customers using available tools (telephone, email, WhatsApp Business, online chat) to offer products;
* Management of the customer portfolio;
* Customer registration;
* Recording customer interactions for follow-up and action planning;
* Order portfolio management: tracking order status from sale through delivery;
* When required, opening support tickets for order unlocking, duplicate bank slip issuance, exchanges, and returns;
* Resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and products.
**Expected Experience and Knowledge:**
* Completed high school education.
* Experience in telesales or customer service.

* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree.
