




We are seeking an Accountant to serve as the liaison between the clinic and the accounting firm, ensuring the accuracy of financial information and the organization of internal processes. This is a strategic role that ensures compliance, agility, and quality in the institution’s accounting routine. Responsibilities: - Serve as the focal point between the clinic and external accounting. - Perform accounting reconciliations and verify financial entries. - Organize, validate, and submit all necessary information to the accounting firm for monthly closing. - Monitor tax, labor, and accounting routines, ensuring documents are complete and submitted within deadlines. - Assist in analyzing trial balances, income statements (DRE), and management reports. - Support internal and external audits, as needed. - Propose improvements to administrative and accounting processes. - Monitor departmental financial indicators, when requested. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (mandatory). - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic dashboards, data analysis). - Prior experience in accounting and financial routines. - Experience in the healthcare sector (clinics, hospitals, health insurance providers, or similar) is desirable. - Familiarity with the TASY system (a plus). - Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.
