We are hiring a NURSING ASSISTANT Responsibilities * Prepare patients for consultations and examinations; * Perform and record examinations according to medical or nursing instructions; * Guide and assist patients, providing information regarding hygiene, nutrition, medication use, and specific healthcare treatment requirements; * Monitor vital signs and general patient conditions in hospital units per medical and nursing prescriptions; * Collect, or assist patients in collecting, specimens for laboratory tests as instructed; * Implement hospital infection prevention and control measures; * Maintain daily inventory of materials used; * Accurately document nursing care, including all procedures performed and medications administered; * Provide post-mortem care; * Prepare and administer medications via oral, topical, intradermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous, and rectal routes per medical prescription; * Perform cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of materials and equipment, as well as their preparation, storage, distribution, sector organization, and restocking of supplies in consultation rooms; * Carry out procedures prescribed by physicians or nurses; * Perform other tasks essential to the department’s operations consistent with this role; * Assist in other departments whenever requested by nurses; Nursing Assistant course required and active COREN/SC registration. Familiarity with the Tasy system is an advantage.
