Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for analyzing technical issues, documenting incidents, facilitating communication between the dealership and the factory, and ensuring proper application of warranty policies. Key Highlights: 1. Analyzes and documents vehicle technical issues. 2. Acts as a liaison between the dealership and the factory regarding warranty claims. 3. Ensures correct application of warranty policies. * **Technical Analysis:** Examines replaced parts to identify the root cause of defects. * **Documentation and Recordkeeping:** Takes photos of technical issues, completes reports, and organizes service order documentation. * **Liaison Role:** Bridges the dealership and the factory, ensuring defective parts are returned and associated costs are reimbursed. * **Policy Application:** Ensures all requests comply with the manufacturer's warranty policies and the vehicle's warranty terms.
