Atílio Pedro Pagani, 740 \- Palhoça, SC, 88132\-149 Department: Administrative Job Description: We are seeking an intern to join the administrative team at UNIGRANDE. The intern will support administrative and academic routines, contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes and service to the university community. Responsibilities: * Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to students, faculty, and staff; * Assist in organizing and archiving physical and digital documents; * Support spreadsheet management, database maintenance, and internal systems; * Assist in preparing administrative reports and controls; * Support academic secretariat tasks as needed; * Collaborate in activities supporting institutional events. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in any undergraduate program in Administration or Human Resources; * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in administrative roles; * Familiarity with academic management systems or ERP software.
