ATLÂNTICA, Nº 269, Santa Catarina, FLORIANÓPOLIS, 88095\-700 Brazil**Work Schedule and Location:** Monday through Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18. This is an on-site position covering the Itapema, Balneário Camboriú, and Itajaí regions, extending also from Porto Belo to Navegantes.**Key Responsibilities:*** Perform preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance on Otis and multi-brand elevators, as well as maintenance on escalators * Carry out all maintenance tasks within your assigned region to ensure equipment remains in optimal working condition * Achieve 100% completion of the Route Sheet and 100% execution of the Regional Maintenance Plan * Proactively identify potential future issues to prevent new service calls * Identify and generate opportunities for new commercial partnerships within the region * Follow all safety procedures, meeting all necessary criteria to ensure your safety and that of equipment users **Who We’re Looking For:*** Candidate with completed high school education and technical training in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics * Knowledge of safety standards and certifications in NR10 and NR35 * Experience in elevator and escalator maintenance and service support **Why Join Otis?** You’ll become part of the company that moves more people worldwide than any other—working alongside a respected team capable of developing, building, and succeeding across generations.
