Scriptwriting and Content Creation (Screenwriter Focus) **Script Development:** Writing original scripts or adapting existing materials for various formats (TV and Social Media) **Narrative Structure:** Creating structures focused on product sales that capture audience attention. **Review and Feedback:** Editing and revising scripts based on input from direction, production, and other stakeholders. **Formatting:** Formatting scripts according to project requirements. 2\. Production and Creative Management (Producer Focus) **Project "Vision" Management:** Ensuring the final product retains its intended essence and tone. **Deadline and Budget Management:** Working within time and financial resource (budget) constraints, ensuring production stays within planned limits. **Production, Pre-production, and Post-production:** Monitoring content relevance to the target audience and overseeing development through final delivery. **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree completed in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing Administration, or related fields; Strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, and teamwork ability; Excellent writing skills and capacity for storytelling development with proactive insights; Analytical and problem-solving skills; Creativity and innovation; **Visualization Skill:** Ability to read and write with visual and auditory elements in mind (audiovisual language). **Organization and Time Management:** Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
