Job Summary: The professional will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, providing technical support and performing diagnostics and issue resolution for networks. Installation and maintenance of cables, hardware, and network equipment **Job Description:** ---------------------- Meet goals and performance indicators assigned to you; Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of radio-based internet, telephony, and fiber optic equipment; Provide technical support and configure equipment at customer sites; Perform diagnostics and resolve issues in fiber optic networks; Install, configure, and maintain equipment located on internet towers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Carry out low-voltage electrical installations and adaptations to ensure connectivity; Install, configure, test, and maintain network cables, hardware, active and passive components, as well as FTTX and radio network equipment; Remove equipment and materials from inactive customers; Operate and maintain company vehicles, tools, uniforms, and safety equipment; Support the development and execution of installation projects; Maintain conduct aligned with Compliance standards, the Code of Ethics, and internal policies; Serve internal and external stakeholders; Travel when necessary; Perform other related duties as required. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed high school education; Desirable experience in the telecommunications technical field; Driver's license category B; Required certifications/knowledge: o NR10; o NR35\. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Logical reasoning; Strong verbal communication skills; Systemic vision; Organization and discipline; Good interpersonal skills; **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem – Telehealth and Well-being Services Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available in Florianópolis.
