Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Assembly Assistant to perform assembly, adjustment, and testing of machinery, with a focus on technical drawings and measuring instruments. Work environment with a rest room and unlimited coffee **Main Responsibilities (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic):** **Mechanical Assembly Assistant:** * Assemble mechanical assemblies and subsystems; * Read and interpret mechanical technical drawings; **Electrical and Electronic Assembly Assistant:** * Assemble electro-electronic assemblies and subsystems; * Read and interpret electrical technical drawings; * Place electrical boards and components; * Assemble electrical boards and panels; * Perform electrical verification using a multimeter; * Repair electronic boards and components; **All Assistant Positions:** * Assemble and disassemble machinery according to technical drawings; * Adjust machinery, conduct tests, validations, and support shipping activities; * Use measuring instruments; * Perform other related duties within the assembly department. **Education Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrotechnology, Electronics, or related fields. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Experience in precision mechanical assembly (Mandatory); * Experience in electrical assembly and/or electrical panels (Mandatory); * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (Mandatory); * Proficiency in using mechanical measuring instruments (caliper, torque wrench) (Mandatory); * Proficiency in using electrical instruments (multimeter) (Mandatory). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Electronic board assembly experience; * Ability to read electrical diagrams and single-line diagrams; * Experience in electromechanical assembly. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity for personal and professional development; * Employment with a company providing solutions for major brands such as Volvo, Whirlpool, Tramontina, and others; * Benefits with no payroll deductions: * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance (R$ 15/day); * Meal Voucher (R$ 30/day); * Life Insurance; * Dental Care (Uniodonto – after 3 months); * Pharmacy Benefit (after 3 months); * On-site lunch area; * Rest room; * Unlimited coffee and tea **Job Type:** * Full-time | Permanent CLT employment * Work Mode: On-site * Preference for candidates residing near the industrial zone of São José/SC Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3.000,00 – R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care * Fuel assistance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have experience reading mechanical technical drawings? * Do you have experience reading single-line diagrams? * Do you have experience in precision mechanical assembly? * Do you have experience in electrical assembly? * Do you have experience in SMD assembly? * Do you have experience repairing electronic systems?
