We are expanding and want people who also wish to grow with us! **What you will do here:** Participate in new product development projects, analyzing aspects such as manufacturability, investments, timelines, and production constraints; Contribute to cost reduction initiatives by optimizing processes, human resources, energy consumption, and raw materials; Develop performance indicators related to cost-saving targets; Propose production improvements and rationalizations through layout development; Participate in NPI (New Product Introduction) meetings. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields.
