Responsibilities: * Conduct inspections of hallways, courtyards, and building facilities, assessing cleaning needs, repair requirements, and operational conditions of elevators, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other equipment; * Supervise and ensure hygiene throughout the premises and facilities, guaranteeing that the building remains consistently clean and organized; * Perform general maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and fuses, carrying out minor repairs, or requesting qualified technicians for major repairs; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, maintaining quiet during appropriate hours and preventing improper use of facilities; * Receive, verify, and distribute consumables and cleaning supplies, ensuring proper storage of items; * Monitor loading and unloading of goods to prevent theft and irregularities; * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by superiors.
