




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for handling and sorting baggage and cargo, inspecting packaging, safeguarding the aircraft, and providing flight support, requiring strong communication skills, analytical ability, and attentiveness. Description: * Completed high school education; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Analytical capability in assessing situations; * Stress tolerance; Physical requirements include broad and fine motor coordination, dexterity, articulation of upper and lower limbs, bipedal posture for performing tasks, trunk rotation and flexion, physical exertion, and ambulation throughout the operational area. Sensory requirements include visual acuity for moving baggage from conveyor belts to transport equipment, pavement navigation, aircraft loading and unloading of luggage and cargo, signaling around the flight being serviced, and floor inspection and scanning to collect fallen objects; auditory perception is required to identify audible signals from equipment and machinery on the tarmac. Neuropsychological requirements include attention, concentration, organizational ability, data interpretation, and initiative to resolve causal situations. * Safeguard the aircraft during arrivals and departures; * Verify and safeguard baggage and cargo labels; * Place and remove wheel chocks and cones on aircraft according to the Client’s Manual or dnata’s MGO; * Sort baggage and cargo volumes into airport screening areas by reading identification labels (with or without technological assistance), aiming to load them onto storage devices (carts and/or ULDs) for correct flights; * Load baggage and cargo into aircraft holds following norms and procedures outlined in the MGO, including recommendations for identifying special situations (fragile, dangerous, live animals, perishable items); * Unload baggage and cargo by reading volume identification labels and place them at designated locations (baggage reclaim carousels); * Sort baggage and cargo during aircraft unloading to facilitate flight connections by reading volume identification labels; * Inspect and supervise baggage and cargo packaging to verify proper suitability for transport, ensuring flight and handler safety; * Correctly handle and properly allocate baggage and cargo into holds, observing internal retention and hold height safety limits; * Unload wheelchairs or baby strollers and place them at designated locations; * Perform equipment marshalling during coupling procedures with aircraft to prevent fuselage collisions; * Provide aircraft support within established timeframes for each support type and airport classification; * Conduct checklists on non-motorized equipment to ensure operational safety and direct equipment requiring repairs to the GSE Technical maintenance team; * Report any equipment irregularities occurring during operations to supervisors. 2511020202231571374
