Job Summary: Support various activities related to FTTX networks, network infrastructure, electrical installations, data center maintenance, and customer service, ensuring achievement of targets and compliance with safety standards. Work location in Florianópolis/SC **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support the achievement of departmental goals and KPIs; Assist in equipment removal from customers; Perform work at heights, correctly using PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE); Carry out electrical installations and support network infrastructure activities; Install, test, and maintain cables, hardware, active and passive components in FTTX networks; Support data center installation and maintenance; Support construction, repair, and maintenance of optical fiber networks; Support assembly and maintenance of CEO, CTO, and DIO; Remove deactivated cables from the network; Perform pole climbing, tree pruning, and structural adjustments; Assist in fiber splicing, cable preparation, fiber alignment, and optical distribution boxes; Respond to optical fiber cable breaks; Support customer activation and maintenance; Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment; Work on an on-call schedule when necessary; Operate company vehicles responsibly and with care; Control and support material and equipment movement, registration, and inventory; Serve internal and external customers, complying with safety regulations, compliance requirements, and the Code of Ethics; **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education; No experience required; Driver's license category B; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Familiarity with optical fiber network infrastructure and topology; NR10 and NR35 certifications (or willingness to obtain them). **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem – Health and Well-being Teleconsultation Day off Group life insurance Corporate University – Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) **Work Location:** ---------------------- FLORIANÓPOLIS/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30; Saturday: 08:00–12:00 **Additional Information:** --------------------------- On-site position available at the Florianópolis branch.
