Currently, we have: * **Over 100,000 guests hosted annually;** * **1,200 team members;** * **7,500 families associated with our vacation club** **Our Purpose:** Celebrate life by creating unforgettable experiences that nourish the body, mind, and spirit. **Our Values:** * Harmony as our foundation; * Care in every detail; * Continuous improvement; * Passion for making you feel better; * Transparency in communication; * Humanity; * Connection among body, mind, and spirit. **JOIN US — THE PLACE TO CELEBRATE LIFE AND CONTINUOUSLY EVOLVE!** The Refrigeration Technician will be responsible for installing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing failures, and ensuring the full operation of refrigeration and air conditioning systems, guaranteeing efficiency, safety, and service quality. **Responsibilities** * Install, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment (e.g., split systems, VRF systems, cold rooms, chillers, water coolers, and freezers). * Diagnose failures and perform electrical and mechanical repairs on refrigeration systems. * Perform cleaning, sanitization, and component replacement when necessary. * Check pressures, charge refrigerant gas, and conduct operational tests. * Complete technical reports and record service orders. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer recommendations. * Provide technical customer support, clarifying doubts and advising on correct equipment usage. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related fields. * Proven experience in this role. * Knowledge of basic electricity and refrigeration systems. * Ability to interpret manuals, diagrams, and technical specifications. * NR-10 and/or NR-35 certification **Work Location** Estr.
