This network of operations aims to make us the leading private healthcare provider network in Brazil. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Be accountable for patient care; * Ensure proper staffing schedules; * Guarantee management of the nursing team; * Ensure care for critically ill patients; * Be accountable for routine patient preparation procedures; * Ensure patient care focused on safety and promoting health/recovery; * Comply with protocols for delivering clinical care according to patient safety standards; * Perform systematic nursing assessment within the scope of practice, following established routines; * Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment; * Ensure proper care and maintenance of the department; * Adhere to Hub’s good practices policies; * Ensure schedule effectiveness and patient care during examinations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Nursing; * Active COREN/SC registration; * Flexible availability for work hours; * Familiarity with Tasy System is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Preferred: knowledge in diagnostic imaging. **Additional Information** At Hospital Care, we believe that *“uniting is the best way to care”*, so join us in this journey.
