Construction company seeks a Construction Laborer in Palhoça. **Responsibilities:** Support operational activities at construction sites, assisting technical professionals in executing tasks, contributing to site organization, safety, and productivity. Assist masons, carpenters, rebar workers, and other construction personnel. Prepare and transport materials (cement, sand, gravel, bricks, blocks, reinforcing steel, etc.). Prepare mortars and concrete as instructed. Perform manual excavations and trench cleaning. Load and unload materials and equipment. Organize and maintain cleanliness at the construction site. Assist in assembling and dismantling temporary structures (scaffolding, shoring, fencing). Perform minor maintenance and repair tasks. Sort, organize, and store tools and equipment. Support workplace signage and area isolation. Comply with occupational safety regulations and properly use PPE. Position is located in Palhoça / SC. Previous experience as a Mason's Helper, Civil Construction Assistant, Construction Equipment Operator, or Scaffolding Erector may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position.
