We are seeking proactive, organized, and committed professionals to work as Balcony Assembly Assistants, supporting all installation stages and ensuring excellence and quality in every project. **Your responsibilities:** * Assemble and install balconies and railings, ensuring proper alignment and finishing. * Read and interpret project drawings and measurements; * Perform cutting, adjustments, and fixation of profiles, glass, hardware, and accessories; * Ensure finishing, sealing, and alignment of structures; * Provide support for maintenance tasks when necessary. * Conduct opening, closing, and sealing tests to ensure quality. * Follow safety regulations throughout the entire assembly process. **Requirements:** * Reside in Palhoça/SC (preferred); * Prior experience assembling balconies, window frames, or PVC structures; * Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting project drawings and measurements; * Availability to work at heights. * Availability for travel. * Attention to detail, organization, and commitment to quality and safety. **What we offer:** * Meal allowance * Fuel allowance * Birthday day off * Dental plan (after probation period) * Attendance bonus * Productivity-based commission (after probation period) * Weekly fruits * Gym partnerships – Total Pass (after probation period) * Corporate education * Telemedicine (after probation period) * Pharmacy discounts **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:18 Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Salary: R$1.750,00 – R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Company vehicle Work location: On-site
