Our purpose is to deliver innovative accounting solutions that add value to our clients by transforming numbers into strategies. **And How Do We Do It?** Our daily operations and all decisions are grounded in our core pillars: * Focus on Results * Partnership with Clients and Team Members * Continuous Improvement * Personal Fulfillment **Responsibilities:** * Record journal entries in accordance with accounting standards; * Generate reports; * Reconcile accounting accounts per client agreement; * Close trial balances (Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes); * Resolve pending issues; * Understand calculation of other taxes (Simples Nacional, PIS, COFINS, ISS, ICMS, and IPI); * Analyze CND (Certificate of Tax Compliance) and resolve fiscal status issues; * Import and record financial transactions; * Import and analyze payroll, tax, and asset-related data; * Know and complete declarations (DCTF, DEFIS, DIRF, DIME Annual, ECF, SPED Contábil, DIMOB, PERDCOMP, and IBGE); * Monitor legislation updates; * Generate and interpret accounting reports; * Know and prepare financial statements (Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Explanatory Notes...); * Provide technical support to clients; * Assist in training interns and junior staff; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience completing DCTF, DEFIS, DIRF, and DIME declarations; * Reconciliation of payroll and tax-related accounting accounts; * Trial balance closing under the Simples Nacional regime; * Proficiency in Questor.
