




Bio Meds Brasil is experiencing continuous growth and is seeking an Administrative Finance/Order Assistant to join our team and contribute to the organization and smooth operation of our processes! If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, logical-thinking, and possess strong communication skills, this opportunity is for you! **Key responsibilities:** Receiving and managing orders; Generating and managing payments on banking platforms; Registering new customers and maintaining customer information; Providing support and assistance to internal and external sales teams via WhatsApp; Providing support and assistance to customers via WhatsApp. **Requirements: Observations:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic Excel) and Google tools. Experience working with targets. Ability to collaborate across all departments within the company. Strong organizational skills, focus, and attention to detail. Effective oral and written communication skills. Ethical conduct and professional demeanor when interacting with customers and handling financial data. **Education:** Completed high school education. **Working hours:** Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. **Location:** Santo Antônio de Lisboa – Florianópolis
