**Imperatriz Supermarket at Floripa Shopping** We are hiring a Production Assistant for the closing shift from 14:00 to 23:00\. Requirements: \- High School Diploma; \- Valid documents; \- Flexible availability; Responsibilities: Restock products at the counter whenever items are sold; Provide excellent customer service by attending to product requests and inquiries, offering and recommending products; Prepare (cut, separate, etc.) and package products according to department guidelines; Prepare and deliver requested products (weight, type, etc.) properly packaged and labeled according to product code; Store products in designated cold chambers; Daily removal of deteriorated, unsellable, or expired goods, checking expiration dates of displayed products; Label products according to internal codes for sales area and company requirements; Verify that products are correctly labeled (price, origin, manufacturing date, expiration date, and composition); Produce various department products, including roasting, boiling, and frying; Record daily the amount of non-reusable leftover merchandise at store closing (leftovers/waste); Place daily orders for supplies to the production center; Check deliveries from the production center against invoices on a daily basis; Clean equipment, facilities, and utensils whenever necessary; Report to department leadership any need for maintenance or repair of machinery, electrical and plumbing systems; Dispose of non-reusable leftover merchandise in the appropriate trash at store closing; Participate in the company's mentoring program by training, teaching, and transferring tasks and company policies to new employees; Perform other related duties as required or directed by department leadership and/or store management. Remove products from cold chambers for proper preparation.
