Description: Responsible for the development, coordination, and control of real estate development projects, ensuring technical quality, timely delivery, cost optimization, and alignment with company guidelines. Actively contribute to product evolution, cross-departmental integration, and on-site technical support, ensuring that project information is complete, feasible, and consistent with the strategy of each development. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop, monitor, and update project schedules, propose adjustments, and ensure alignment with development requirements. * Lead project development in collaboration with designers, consultants, and service providers, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards. * Critically evaluate proposed technical solutions, suggest efficient alternatives, and guide improvements aligned with company guidelines. * Focus on technical quality, product performance, cost optimization, and efficiency in project design and execution processes. * Conduct technical reviews of submitted project documents and provide support to integration teams, especially regarding technical and construction-related solutions. * Participate in, and when necessary lead, internal and external meetings related to projects. * Develop technical and product presentations for internal alignment, training, and information sharing. * Consolidate and organize information for handover to Planning and Budgeting departments, lead alignment meetings, and assess improvements for development feasibility. * Register, control, and approve documents in the Autodoc system, ensuring data integrity and information flow. * Prepare reports, technical materials, and strategic support presentations for the Project Management Department. * Provide technical support to construction engineering teams, ensuring clarity and practical applicability of project information. * Routinely monitor construction progress through site visits and meetings to align design and execution. Requirements and Qualifications * Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning. * Advanced proficiency in reading and analyzing project documents. * In-depth knowledge of all phases involved in real estate development project execution. 2511200202481878936
