Job Summary: Production operator responsible for operating equipment, manufacturing and finishing parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Operate manual and low-complexity equipment 2. Manufacture and manually finish production parts 3. Inspect part quality and organize materials Description: We require the following qualifications: Completed high school education; Knowledge of technical drawing (reading and interpretation); company's production system (Lean manufacturing); Kanban. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate manual and low-complexity equipment (e.g., sanders, drills, screwdrivers, grinders, soldering irons, bench drills, etc); * Manufacture components and parts following required procedures; * Manually finish parts to be used in equipment production; * Verify requirements on production cards; * Organize materials; * Inspect part quality through dimensional and visual checks, according to technical drawings; * Maintain cleanliness and order of machines and equipment used; * Observe and comply with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental standards; * Actively participate in programs for product, process, service, and environmental improvement; * Actively participate in programs for management and quality system improvement; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related tasks within your area of responsibility, as required by the company. 251210020218666672
