Job Summary: A professional responsible for monitoring processes, identifying non-conformities, planning and executing quality analyses, and supporting the resolution of logistics-related issues. Key Highlights: 1. Support in monitoring and inspecting processes 2. Planning, execution, and analysis of results, and quality assurance 3. Assistance in resolving logistics-related customer issues Intermediate Excel Provide support in process monitoring by conducting inspections; \- Complete reports, identifying services and/or processes that do not meet required standards; \- Be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing results and ensuring quality, guaranteeing that work plans and project process execution comply with the quality assurance plan; \- Monitor the implementation of new logistics projects and control the development of productive process activities to verify achievement of established targets; \- Assist in resolving customer issues regarding deliveries, pickups, returns, and all matters related to orders; serve as the liaison between Customer Service (SAC) and Operations; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$2\.501,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Quality control (preferred) Work Location: On-site
