Job Description: We are looking for a Mid-level Project Analyst to join our team in Florianópolis/SC, working in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site), reporting directly to the Project Supervisor. You will be responsible for creating and executing interior design projects aligned with Spotlar’s standards and concepts, focusing on innovation, quality, and customer delight. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop interior design projects according to the Essential, Plus, and Prime standards, aligned with Spotlar’s catalog and concept; * Conduct comparative analyses of quotations and systematize processes; * Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary; * Ensure project quality and delivery within defined timelines and scopes; * Review and monitor budget notebooks and technical revisions; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Prior experience in similar roles; * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Systemic and analytical thinking; * Proficiency in the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, Promob; * Intermediate-level Excel skills; * Attention to detail and data manipulation ability; * Availability to work on-site three times per week. 2511290202181796841
