Job Responsibilities: * Visit stores; * Manage bakery and confectionery, production and sales of the stores; * Monitor creation, analysis and tracking of general reports: breakages, sales, entries, exits, movements; * Perform quality analysis of goods; Perform production analysis at branches; Provide technical support in solving production and organization issues in the chain's bakeries; Conduct competitor pricing research; * Visit competitors; Plan sales targets; Analyze, suggest and create new store layouts; Develop, approve, implement and monitor sales strategies; * Monitor and track food handling policies; Perform raw material analysis; * Participate in purchasing and maintenance of equipment for the baking area; Create and monitor bakery and confectionery recipes; Supervise production activities to ensure achievement of defined goals within established quality, cost and safety standards. * Supervise each stage of the production process through to final finishing, ensuring compliance with product specifications and characteristics; * Identify causes of damage, waste, unexpected machine downtimes, proposing or taking corrective actions as necessary, aiming to contribute to reducing manufacturing costs; * Identify needs for changes in work methods or production processes, making recommendations for necessary adjustments to achieve higher productivity; * Optimize machine setup and adjustment time to speed up the production process and reduce equipment idle time; * Guide, train and motivate production teams to achieve increasing levels of productivity and quality; * Supervise safety and hygiene conditions at the workplace to preserve employees' physical integrity and health.
