Job Summary: We are seeking a creative intern or apprentice to work in HR with a focus on Culture and Climate, developing internal communication and engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Development of internal communication and employee experience Position: Internship and/or Apprentice in Human Resources with focus on Culture and Climate 4 hours per day \- schedule to be agreed upon Location: Palhoça city center Benefits: Commuter allowance (no deduction), meal voucher, Total Pass, free psychology sessions, annual bonus. Salary for apprentices: R$ 1\.019,91 For internships, the stipend is negotiable and depends on the student's available working hours; part of R$1\.019,91\. Main Responsibilities: Support the creation and dissemination of internal announcements; Produce visual and creative content for bulletin boards, e\-mails, and internal channels; Create graphics, short videos, photos, and digital materials for internal campaigns; Support celebratory initiatives, institutional dates, and engagement campaigns; Assist in organizing internal events and motivational activities; Contribute to recognition and appreciation projects for employees; Support general administrative and operational tasks within the HR department. We seek someone who: is creative and brings innovative ideas has aesthetic sense and attention to detail enjoys photography, video production, and content creation is comfortable using digital tools is organized, proactive, and collaborative has strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Majors: Psychology, Social Communication, Human Resources, or related fields Desired Skills: Canva and video editing apps (CapCut or similar); experience with social media or content production; Advantages: skill in creating short videos and dynamic content creative perspective on internal campaigns interest in organizational culture and employee experience Position Type: Internship, Apprentice Contract Duration: 23 months Compensation: Starting at R$1\.019,91 per month Benefits: * Meal voucher * Commuter allowance Work Location: On-site
