Support the implementation of new procedures and standardizations. **JOB MISSION:** We seek a Training Instructor to develop and train employees, managers, and franchisees of the Giraffas Network, ensuring process standardization, service quality, and food safety. This person will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training during restaurant openings and refresher courses, driving team growth, supporting revenue-increase strategies, and contributing to excellence in our customers’ experience. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure excellence in customer service delivery. * Work on developing restaurant teams across the network. * Contribute to revenue growth strategies across sales channels and portfolio analysis. * Support the implementation of new procedures, refresher training, and process standardizations. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in restaurants, food service chains, or in team training/capacitation roles. * Willingness to travel frequently and stay away from home for extended periods (up to 30 days). * Practical knowledge of restaurant operations, good manufacturing practices, and food safety. * Ability to conduct theoretical and practical training with emphasis on engagement and learning. * Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication ability, influence, and teamwork orientation. * Flexibility, resilience, self-confidence, and customer focus. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience as a training instructor or in leadership roles within restaurants. * Knowledge of operational indicator analysis and sales strategies. * Familiarity with training methodologies (e.g., P.A.P.A – Prepare, Present, Practice, Evaluate).
