




We are looking for a **Sales Coordinator** to join the **B2B (Offices)** division at AltoQi. AltoQi is a Brazilian company that develops software for engineering projects and digital construction management. Diversity is fundamental to our daily operations; therefore, we do not discriminate based on gender, disability, sexual orientation, race/ethnicity, origin, age, or physical appearance. * **️** **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Lead, guide, and support the Account Executive team, ensuring execution pace, consistent follow-up, and continuous team development. * Analyze KPIs, sales pipelines, and conversion metrics to inform decision-making and contribute to forecasting. * Ensure consistent application of AltoQi’s commercial process, including routines, rituals, and governance. * Develop the team’s consultative selling skills by identifying skill gaps and promoting technical advancement. * Collaborate closely with Marketing, Pre-sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to enhance the customer journey. * Provide market insights related to engineering projects and offices to drive AltoQi’s expansion within this segment. **What are we looking for?** * Proven experience leading B2B sales teams, preferably in SaaS environments. * Strong expertise in consultative selling, pipeline management, and performance indicator analysis. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience using CRM systems and structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, BANT, GPCT, MEDDIC). * Willingness to travel for events and in-person visits alongside the team. * Experience selling high-value-added and/or highly complex products and/or services. **It would be amazing if you have:** * Familiarity with the engineering, architecture, and construction ecosystem. * **Contract with a monthly workload of 200 hours (i.e., 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday).** Meal/Voucher Allowance: R$31.00 per working day (Ifood Benefits card).
