At Capital Go, you’ll work with strong infrastructure, dedicated support, and a rapidly growing market. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing consultative service to public servants, retirees, and pensioners * Presenting payroll-deductible credit solutions focused on real client benefits * Supporting negotiations from first contact through to closure * Achieving targets with support from an experienced team **We are looking for:** * Proven sales experience (payroll-deductible credit experience is a plus) * Clear communication skills and a consultative attitude * A results-oriented profile, capable of working independently without constant supervision **What we offer:** * Fixed salary: R$ 1\.898,00 * Performance bonus * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy * CLT employment, on-site work * Working hours: Monday to Friday **Location:** Florianópolis/SC — Estreito neighborhood Interested?
