With steady growth in the Brazilian market and in the South-Central region of America, we are seeking a Network Infrastructure Support Analyst to join our team and strengthen our operations. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Administer and maintain Windows Server servers and critical services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). * Manage hybrid infrastructure using Microsoft Azure (VPNs, Virtual Networks, and Azure AD/Entra ID). * Monitor and configure network assets (switches, routers, and firewalls) to ensure connectivity and data security. * Implement and manage security and compliance policies within the Microsoft 365 environment. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Networks, IT, or related fields. * Solid experience administering Windows Server environments. * Proficiency in networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and edge security). * Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools. * Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Azure consoles. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator (AZ-800/801) certification. * Security certification (SC-300 or SC-900) focused on identity management. * Knowledge of ITIL v4. * Experience with PowerShell automation. * Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification.
