Opportunities for career growth within the company RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming and delivering personalized, high-quality service to our customers. You will exceed their expectations by providing complete solutions through the sale of pharmaceutical products and services, as well as offerings from other categories, including dermocosmetics, convenience items, fragrances, nutrition products, and general merchandise. You will also ensure store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations to guarantee an optimal customer experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for cashier operations in-store, including processing payments, and performing opening, cash withdrawal (sangria), and closing procedures. You will also support customer service and store organization to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
