As a franchisor, Porter’s mission is to provide guidelines to our network of over 60 franchises across Brazil—including nine flagship franchises (company-owned units), also known as Model Units. Our flagship units primarily handle sales of our solutions, installation, maintenance, and technical support for all equipment, as well as relationship management with syndics and residents.
