Job Description: We require the following qualifications: High school diploma; Knowledge of technical drawing (reading and interpretation); company production system (Lean manufacturing); Kanban. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operate manual and low-complexity equipment (e.g., sanders, drills, screwdrivers, grinders, soldering irons, bench drills, etc.); * Manufacture parts and components following required procedures; * Perform manual finishing on parts to be used in equipment production; * Verify requirements indicated on production cards; * Organize materials; * Inspect part quality through dimensional and visual checks, in accordance with technical drawings; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of machines and equipment used; * Observe and comply with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental regulations; * Actively participate in programs aimed at improving products, processes, services, and the environment; * Actively participate in programs aimed at improving management and the quality system; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related tasks within your area of responsibility, as required by the company. 2512110202491859753
