We are seeking a results-oriented and organized **PCP Analyst** to ensure the efficiency of Presto’s production processes. **Mission:** Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production execution to meet deadlines and ensure process efficiency. Analyze procurement needs based on inventory levels and demand forecasts; develop and update production schedules. Conduct data analysis and develop performance indicators, collaborating closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to optimize resources and achieve established goals. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and targets. * Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. * Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams. * Ensure reliability of planning and control information. * Implement corrective actions and process improvements in PCP activities. * Generate production orders. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed or nearing completion (final semesters) in Production Engineering, Food Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in this role; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * ERP experience; * MRP experience; * OEE / Lead time knowledge; * Experience in inventory management is a plus; * Power BI knowledge is a plus.
