**Job Description:** \- Supervise and guide logistics team activities (receiving, warehousing, shipping, and transportation); \- Plan and control cargo distribution and routing, ensuring delivery deadlines and quality; \- Monitor performance indicators (productivity, costs, service level) and propose improvements; \- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedures; \- Support negotiations with suppliers and carriers to optimize costs; \- Prepare management reports to support decision-making; \- Promote team development by providing feedback and training as needed. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; \- Prior experience in supervising or coordinating logistics operations (warehousing, transportation, distribution, inventory); \- Knowledge of inventory management, WMS, route planning, and performance indicators (KPIs); \- Strong leadership and team management skills; \- Proficiency in planning, organization, and decision-making; \- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday \- Business Hours **Benefits:** Work materials allowance; Additional compensation for Sundays and holidays; Fuel/transportation allowance *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
