




Job Summary: Supervise and manage logistics operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership of logistics operations for receiving and shipping. 2. Administrative management of scheduling, invoices, and inventory control. 3. Support in personnel management and infrastructure maintenance. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise operational activities related to receiving, storage, quality assurance, picking, and shipping at the store and distribution centers by assigning tasks and implementing controls, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements to meet and satisfy external and internal customers within promised timeframes; * Supervise administrative activities such as scheduling pickups, issuing invoices, serving customers and carriers collecting products, and inventory control by assigning tasks and implementing controls, ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements to meet and satisfy internal and external customers within promised timeframes; * Conduct periodic (weekly) inventory activities jointly with the team and during company audits, guiding stock counting and reconciliation to ensure inventory data/result accuracy; * Ensure adherence to policies and standards regarding loss control by performing daily inspections across all staff, facilities, and inventory, evaluating the need for refresher training on conduct standards to safeguard the integrity of company product inventory; * Coordinate with logistics management regarding facility maintenance and preservation, as well as maintaining the company’s institutional image; * Support personnel administration (hiring, performance evaluation, feedback, and offboarding) and ensure smooth daily operations of the department. **Basic Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Logistics Technology, Business Administration, or related fields). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in leadership roles; * Knowledge of logistics (preferably refrigeration parts); * Familiarity with logistics processes and controls (receiving, shipping, and inventory control); * Administrative knowledge of invoice issuance and scheduling processes; * Experience serving internal and external customers; * Knowledge of tax legislation.
