




Job Description: We expect you to have: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields; Solid experience in domestic procurement of materials/assets/services; Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written communication); Proven experience in international procurement / import procedures / international freight; Knowledge of the Sapiens system is a plus; Willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities: * Provide support to internal and external customers by delivering product and process information upon request; * Prepare, organize, and maintain up-to-date documentation related to import and export processes, including shipments, customs clearance, and invoices; * Conduct analyses and generate reports on import and export processes, ensuring compliance with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental regulations; * Analyze stock coverage for imported items and define control points (minimum/maximum/reorder levels) based on demand forecasts and seasonality; * Procure materials and services in categories A and B, including requesting quotations, negotiating terms, and tracking deliveries (follow-up); * Identify, develop, and qualify new domestic and international suppliers, preparing RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs; * Formalize purchase orders in the ERP system and review contract drafts; * Address non-conformities (NCs) with suppliers and internal departments to ensure process quality and compliance; * Support the development, translation, and image editing of user and technical manuals, as needed; * Monitor and establish performance indicators (KPIs) related to import and export activities; * Actively participate in continuous improvement programs for products, processes, services, and the quality management system; * Maintain a clean, organized workplace compliant with internal standards; * Perform other related duties as required by the company. 2512140202201862362
