We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join the Sagres Hotels Network team in Florianópolis at the Évora Hotel. **Responsibilities** \* Prospect new clients and business opportunities by visiting companies and attending trade fairs. \* Conduct active sales and prospect events across various segments (corporate, social, trade fairs, concerts, etc.). \* Prepare budgets, contracts, and service orders. \* Negotiate pricing, deadlines, and payment terms with clients and suppliers. \* Develop detailed budget spreadsheets and commercial proposals for follow-up. \* Planning and Organization (in collaboration with Production and Network Management): \* Participate in event conceptualization, aligning client needs and objectives. \* Assist suppliers (catering, decoration, technology) and services. \* Manage logistics, hotel reservations, and room setup. \* Marketing and Promotion (graphic materials). \* Support the creation of marketing strategies to promote the event and attract attendees. **Post-Event and Reporting:** \* Analyze financial results and client satisfaction. \* Produce reports to measure event success and identify areas for future improvement. **Qualifications** \* Communication, negotiation, organization, creativity, and strategic vision. \* Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen situations. \* Continuous updating on industry trends. \* Strong writing and oral presentation skills; \* Proactivity; **Job Information** * Salary: To be negotiated * Working hours: To be negotiated * Discounts at tourist attractions * Meal allowance/Meal voucher * Attendance bonus Sector * Hotels and similar establishments Job type: Permanent CLT position Pay: R$1\.518,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Meal voucher
