As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for moving heavy loads at construction sites, contributing to the efficiency and safety of the construction process. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** * Operate and maneuver mobile and fixed cranes to move materials and equipment; * Prepare the area for equipment operation and lifting; * Perform daily safety and maintenance inspections on the crane as instructed in training and the manufacturer's manual; * Interpret and follow construction plans and instructions; * Communicate\-effectively with ground crew for safe maneuvers. * Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly. * Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** **Prerequisites:** Literate **Desirable:** Crane operator training course with a maximum duration of 80 hours (including 40 hours of practical training) or a refresher course. **Desired Knowledge and Skills:** Professional commitment, teamwork, ethics and responsibility, sense of urgency and organization, proactivity. **Additional Information** Here, you will find a collaborative environment filled with competent and committed professionals.
