If you are detail-oriented, organized, responsible, possess logical reasoning skills, and have strong communication abilities, this opportunity is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Verify customer orders to ensure data accuracy and proper application of logistics procedures. * Communicate with departments involved in order verification and shipping, especially when identifying information discrepancies. * Issue electronic delivery invoices and electronic service invoices. * Generate postal labels, air freight drafts, and other transportation-related documents. * Enter orders into the system. * Provide support to other administrative departments. Requirements: **Primary Qualification Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or tax-related routines. **Active Knowledge:** * Ability to work toward targets. * Capacity to collaborate across all company departments. * Strong organizational and focus skills. * Attention to detail. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools. * Familiarity with invoice issuance systems.
