Employment Type: CLT. * Key Responsibilities: * Prepare budgets for construction materials, equipment, and utensils for new stores in the network; * Verify pricing and record invoices; * Submit supplier payment schedules to the finance department; * Monitor delivery deadlines for purchased materials; * Negotiate prices, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms with suppliers; * Conduct rigorous cost analyses and propose expense reduction measures; * Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments within the company; * Visit ongoing projects and construction sites to assess requirements and align with technical teams; * Attend trade fairs, events, and meetings with suppliers; * Register new suppliers and products; * Monitor pending orders and track commercial contracts; * Draft contract proposals and commercial initiatives aimed at lowering costs and increasing competitiveness; * Identify market innovations and trends in the construction materials sector; * Support the mentoring program by training new employees and conveying company policies; * Report maintenance needs for machinery, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems to management; * Attend meetings and training sessions as directed by executive leadership or superiors. Minimum Requirements * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience in construction procurement, including budgeting, negotiations, purchase orders, and invoices; * Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI; * Experience with the Sienge system or similar; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and availability for site visits to construction projects and suppliers; * Profile emphasizing negotiation, cost analysis, organization, communication, and teamwork.
