Job Summary: Responsible for continuous cleaning and sanitization of indoor and outdoor areas, operating specialized equipment to ensure organization and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of indoor and outdoor areas. 2. Operation of certified industrial cleaning machines for heavy-duty cleaning. 3. Ongoing maintenance of shopping center organization and cleanliness. **Position: Cleaning Assistant** The position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing common areas of the shopping center, including interior and exterior glass and façade cleaning at height, skylights, air vents, fixed and escalator stairs, operating industrial cleaning machines, and activating controls in compliance with certified training specific to floor scrubbers, sweepers, and heavy-duty floor cleaners, aiming to continuously maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitization in accordance with internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities:** * + Clean common areas of the shopping center, including the mall storefronts, food court, administrative offices, parking lot, staff kitchenette and changing rooms, restrooms, elevators, emergency stairs, escalators, closed stores, glass surfaces, and all external premises. + Clean the food court, collecting trays, plates, cutlery, napkins, cans, and containers, then proceed to clean tables, chairs, tray racks, support carts, floors, baby seats, and countertops using cleaning products. + Transport trays and utensils to designated locations. + Return trays and utensils to store tenants. + Collect waste from the food court, kiosks, mall trash bins, restrooms, and other common areas of the shopping center, transporting\-them in a closed collection cart to their final destination. + Perform interior and exterior cleaning of glass surfaces and façades, as well as fixed and escalator stairs, using appropriate materials and protective equipment for each process. + Perform interior and exterior cleaning of glass surfaces and façades at height, skylights, air vents, fixed and escalator stairs, using appropriate materials and protective equipment for each process. + Operate industrial cleaning machines, activating controls in compliance with certified training specific to floor scrubbers, sweepers, and heavy-duty floor cleaners. + Support management and administration with kitchen services, preparing and serving coffee and water, and providing necessary utensils for meetings according to established procedures. + Clean trash bins and daily-use equipment, maintaining\-them in perfect working condition for the next shift; promote cleanliness in service areas, wash equipment and cloths; keep the workplace clean and organized in accordance with company standards and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Experience in cleaning. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation allowance or parking; * Health insurance; * Viva Bem AJ program; * Life insurance; * Annual bonus. **Working Hours:** * 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, rotating shift schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off
