These positions are intended for work across different group brands: House of Motors, Le Moritz, and Brain Juice. The professional will be hired by the Unfair Advantage Group but will be dedicated exclusively to one of the brands, assigned during the selection process based on profile and business needs. We are looking for someone skilled in editing TikTok/Reels-format videos for the brands’ social media channels, and capable of creating ads quickly and efficiently—considering the high volume of videos we produce. This person will also be responsible for providing diverse insights on social media trends and applying them to enhance our video content. **What you’ll do in practice:** Create and edit content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, ensuring pace, aesthetics, and brand alignment. Stay consistently updated on key trends, formats, and references across social platforms to keep content current and relevant. Leverage social platform references and learnings to edit higher-performing videos. Collaborate with the marketing and content team—exchanging ideas, aligning strategies, and participating in creative decisions. Manage a high volume of deliverables while maintaining organization, agility, and consistent video quality. Keep folders, assets, and versions well-organized to facilitate workflow with the rest of the team. **Requirements we seek:** Prior experience editing short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts). Heavy user of TikTok and Instagram. Experience editing videos using CapCut. Ability to handle a high volume of deliverables. Understanding of storytelling and pacing for social content. Proactivity in suggesting improvements to videos and formats. **Nice-to-haves:** Basic knowledge of content metrics (retention, TEP, hook, CTR). Experience editing for e-commerce, influencers, or digital brands. Familiarity with the ClickUp project management platform. Understanding of copywriting for short videos.
