These values sustain our commitment to excellence and drive our constant growth. **What you will do here:** * Program CNC machines, including tool speed calculations; * Perform dimensional control of produced parts; * Program and configure injection molding machines; * Assist in continuous monitoring of the production process; * Provide control and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Model various parts; * Prepare technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and other documentation; * Fabricate parts using 3D printers; * Participate in resolving process-related issues and assist in installing new equipment and machines. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate studies in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields. **We offer:** * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Profit-sharing and results-based bonus; * Medical and dental insurance; * On-site parking; * Partnerships with educational institutions, gyms, language schools, aesthetic clinics, and restaurants. **Working hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Work model:** On-site. **Location:** Jardim Eldorado, Palhoça/SC.
