Responsibilities and Duties Conduct consultative sales meetings with qualified leads, identifying needs and presenting customized solutions. Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability margins and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with SDRs to maximize opportunity conversion. Manage the sales pipeline with discipline and organization, using CRM to track stages. Maintain close, strategic relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the Customer Success team. Actively contribute insights to optimize the commercial process and drive scalable growth. Assume challenging goals with a focus on surpassing expectations and recognizing high performance. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Communications, or related fields (preferred). Experience: Proven experience in consultative B2B or B2C sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, technology, or high-value service sectors. Behavioral Competencies: Entrepreneurial and proactive profile, with discipline and an owner’s mindset. Clear, empathetic, and persuasive communication skills capable of building trust and connection. Resilience and self-management to handle targets, objections, and performance pressure. Emotional intelligence to build relationships and lead complex negotiations. Performance-focused, maintaining balance between humanity and results delivery. Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Proficiency in closing techniques and consultative sales methodologies.
