Job Summary: Junior HR Analyst is responsible for recruitment and selection, training and development, personnel administration, and HR reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist HR practice 2. Participation in the implementation of HR policies and procedures **Position**: Junior HR Analyst Work Location: Ipiranga, São José, SC Employment Type: CLT **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal allowance and mobility allowance. **Salary:** BRL 2,300.00 (increasing to BRL 2,500.00 after the first 120 days) **Responsibilities:** Execute recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding); Support the development of training and development programs; Monitor performance evaluations and individual development plans; Handle personnel administration routines (time tracking, benefits administration, payroll); Participate in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures; Conduct organizational climate initiatives, internal communication, and culture-building activities; Prepare HR reports and metrics (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, training). **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; **Prior Experience**: Minimum 1 year of generalist HR experience, preferably in food industry environments. Resident with easy access to the Ipiranga neighborhood, São José, SC Desired Technical Knowledge: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel is essential); Basic labor legislation knowledge; **Behavioral Competencies:** Clear and objective communication; Analytical ability and organizational skills; Proactivity and sense of urgency; Interpersonal skills and teamwork; Discretion and professional ethics.
