Job Summary: Systems/Support Analyst to serve as a functional reference and expert in ERP modules, developing, customizing, and optimizing high-performance solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Serve as a functional reference for ERP modules and business processes 2. Develop and customize solutions using LSP and SGI languages 3. Create reports and integrate systems via APIs Higex is a Santa Catarina-based company with over 24 years of solid market experience, recognized nationally for developing high-performance solutions for industrial hygiene, sanitation, and biosafety. **Responsibilities:** * **Functional Reference for ERP Modules:** Act as an expert and provide support for Market, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Controlling processes within the Senior system. * **Development and Customization:** Create and maintain business rules using LSP language and develop new customized screens via SGI. * **Reports and Integrations (APIs):** Build technical/managerial reports using Senior's Report Generator and develop APIs to integrate the ERP with third-party systems. * **Optimization and Automation:** Ensure efficient system usage, focusing on business process automation and performing tasks related to this position. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Support/Systems Analyst on Senior Sistemas' ERP. * Proficiency in LSP programming language. * Practical experience creating SGI screens and business rules. * Solid knowledge of database (SQL Server) for queries and audits. * Understanding of business processes supported by the system. * Experience with the Report Generator. * Experience integrating with third-party systems using Senior's Web Services (REST/SOAP). * Knowledge of the system's data modeling. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Official certifications from Senior Sistemas. * Availability to work onsite, with occasional home office projects subject to analysis. **Benefits and Advantages:** CAJU Card (VA/VR): R$ 700.00\.
