Job Summary: Strategic and operational coordination of the Human Resources area, managing HR subsystems and supporting leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and operational HR coordination 2. Leadership support in team management **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:18 PM. **COMPENSATION PACKAGE:** Monthly salary of R$ 6,668.71; meal allowance (VA/VR) of R$ 250.00; fuel allowance of R$ 500.00; Health and Dental Plans; tuition assistance for dependent children studying English; professional development programs; job classification and compensation plan. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HR, or related fields; * Proven experience in HR coordination; * Experience across all HR subsystems (Recruitment & Selection, Payroll Department, organizational climate, culture, development, benefits, payroll reconciliation); * Strategic mindset with systemic business vision; * Willingness to work onsite in the Coqueiros neighborhood. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Strategic and operational coordination of the Human Resources area; * Management of the Payroll Department, including payroll processing, statutory contributions, hiring, terminations, vacations, time tracking, and overtime bank; * Direct interface with Accounting to ensure reconciliation, deadlines, and legal compliance; * Management of recruitment and selection (operational and strategic); * Organizational climate management and culture enhancement; * Internal institutional communication; * Development, review, and monitoring of the Job Classification and Compensation Plan; * Leadership support in decisions related to team management; * Benefits and internal policy management; * Leadership development; * Interface with legal consulting firms on labor-related matters; * Support for corporate educational programs; * Strategic endomarketing aligned with organizational culture.
