




**HR Payroll Analyst** **Small-sized company** **Florianópolis – SC / On-site** **Job Objective:** Act strategically and as a specialist to ensure the accurate execution of **Payroll Department** processes, contributing to compliance with labor legislation and fostering a positive organizational climate. Additionally, the role will support administrative and procurement processes, ensuring office efficiency and smooth operations. **Key Responsibilities** · Execute payroll, vacation, hiring, termination, leave, and labor charge routines; · Conduct onboarding and integration activities for new employees. · Manage employee benefits, including processing orders, updates, and controls (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food vouchers, health insurance, life insurance, etc.). · Manage electronic timekeeping systems, verifying and submitting time records to accounting for payroll calculation processing. · Review and approve payroll and other labor calculations (salaries, labor charges, overtime). · Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, payments, benefits, and Payroll Department procedures. · Forward bank statements, payment slips, invoices, and bills for timely payment. · Schedule medical examinations and monitor leave cases. · Control and archive mandatory documents (occupational health certificates, medical certificates, employment contracts, personal protective equipment records, registration forms, receipts, and others). · Notify terminations and conduct exit interviews, documenting feedback and improvement opportunities. · Monitor deadlines and ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, CAGED, DIRF, etc.); · Support procurement of PPE, uniforms, and other office products/services by obtaining quotes, comparing proposals, and ensuring optimal cost-benefit; **Requirements** · Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; · Prior experience in Payroll Department (payroll, labor charges, and benefits); · Knowledge of labor legislation and labor calculations; · Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, strong communication abilities; · Excellent interpersonal skills; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) **Job Details** · Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) · Work Format: On-site · Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1.5-hour lunch break · Salary: BRL 3,500.00 · Benefits: Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Unimed Health Plan, Dental Plan, Fuel Voucher or Transportation Voucher, Life Insurance.
