Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in customer collections, issue bank slips, and provide customer service across various platforms, utilizing strong communication skills and resilience. Compensation: R$ 1\.548,16\+ plus commission Benefits: Transportation Allowance (VT) \+ Meal Allowance (VA) \+ Dental Plan Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in collections/negotiation; * Basic Microsoft Office knowledge; * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; * Resilience when facing challenges; * Responsibility, skill, and agility. Responsibilities: * Conduct collections from delinquent customers via proactive and reactive contact;; * Issue bank slips and send them via E\-mail and WhatsApp; * Provide customer service across platforms; * Record all collection activities, among other duties related to the position.
